Today TJ crossed over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. It was a special time for the boys. It only happens once. This was also the family camping trip. The families camped in Cub World. Once the boys crossed over, they were taken from the families, and from Cub World. Gone are the days of parents cooking and working on the trips. They will now plan and execute all trips themselves. (Oh, no!) The boys are learning to be self reliant. They are learning to be good scouts. We are so proud of TJ. He showed tremendous dedication and honor to his fellow scouts, and now, they are starting this new part of their journey together. We are thankful to all of the wonderful leaders and everyone that have helped the boys get to where they are today. Here are a few pictures of the event.
